I started this 52 weeks to see your life nutritionally series to encourage you to get healthier in all aspects of your life by making small, attainable changes each week. I want you to let go of those grandiose declarations on January 1st that disappear by January 15th! I mean, did they work anyways? So let’s try something new!
Each week of 2017, I’m encouraging you to make one small change in your life. ONE! I’m providing you with tips and tricks to do so, recipes that will help point you in the right direction, and the words I live by to try each and every day to see my life nutritionally.
